As we celebrate our five year anniversary this month, our 2020 annual letter ([link removed]) reflects on the many milestones achieved and lessons learned over the past five years—and how we’ll apply those lessons to keep building a better future for everyone in the years to come.

This year in particular has been pivotal in our efforts to help create a more inclusive, just, and healthy future. Yet, we also realize that there is more we can do to create real change. Our long-term investments over the past five years have helped our partners rise to face some of the challenges encountered in 2020—from the global pandemic and recession that have hit the most marginalized the hardest, to a long overdue reckoning on race in America. There is so much work ahead—and we approach it in the spirit of learning and gratitude to continue this work with our partners and the CZI team.
