Friend,
Standing up to bullies and winning unlikely victories is what I’ve done my entire life — as an attorney, a mayor, and now as a candidate for United States Senate.

Georgia Democrats made tremendous strides in 2018, and we need a tenacious, progressive candidate to lead us forward and win against David Perdue and Donald Trump. That’s why I’m running.

Watch my remarks to the Cobb County Democrats to see my vision for how we can win Georgia and send Perdue packing in 2020.

We’re taking our message to every one of Georgia’s 159 counties in this election. We will not cede or abandon territory to Republicans when there are people waiting to hear us and shift the electoral map.

I’ve won tough elections. As mayor, I’ve dismantled dysfunctional systems and rebuilt them to better serve the city of Columbus. As a lawyer, I’ve taken on corporate corruption — against some of the most powerful companies and biggest banks in the world. That’s what I’m bringing to the fight against Perdue, Mitch McConnell and Donald Trump in this election.

Watch this speech, and if you're feeling inspired, chip in to support our campaign.

It’s time for us to believe that we can win not just the Senate majority, but flip Georgia blue from the White House to the statehouse.

With your support, I know that we will.

Yours truly,

Teresa
