Hi everyone,
Have you heard about Greta Thunberg? She’s a sixteen-year-old from Sweden who is leading what will likely be the largest environmental protest in history with over 150 countries participating.
Deemed the Global Climate Strike, young people around the world are protesting government and business inaction on climate change today.
I support Greta and her activism. We can’t risk our children inheriting an Earth that is caught in a growing climate crisis. I am fighting back against President Trump’s misguided attempts to take the United States out of the Paris Agreement and working to build an economy based on clean and renewable energy sources.
I understand not all of us can participate in the strike, but we can all do our part to demand action on climate change. If you’re with me, add your name in support of the Global Climate Strike.
