Since March, millions of Americans have lost work. Families have struggled to pay for rent and groceries. Massive relief bills from the Federal government have barely scraped the surface of the growing ocean of need.

Now, with winter setting in, and the end of the CDC eviction moratorium and added unemployment benefits in sight, our communities could see 30-40 million households forced out of their homes.

The relief package being considered right now by Congress includes critical relief for cities and states, but leaves out:

  • At least 75 billion in rent relief that research shows is needed
  • Additional assistance for homeless services stretched by the pandemic
  • Further stimulus for individuals
  • Enough unemployment and food assistance for families struggling to meet their daily needs

Contact your Federal legislators and demand that they pass a robust pandemic relief package that helps struggling families and prevents massive homelessness!
