Justice Alito just ordered Pennsylvania to respond to a critical election irregularity lawsuit by 9 a.m. tomorrow. This order must be complied with BEFORE the state seats its electors.

This is major action in defense of the Constitution, with massive potential impacts on the integrity of the election. The lawsuit filed by Congressman Mike Kelly (PA-16) – a champion for life and a friend of the ACLJ – demands that state law and the Constitution be followed.

This isn’t over. As we’ve said before, you don’t walk off the field before the ballgame is over. The Constitution MUST BE FOLLOWED.

We’ve been telling you that every LEGAL vote must count. The integrity of the election and the right to vote are the foundation of our constitutional republic.
