John, Join Kate Melloy Goettel, legal director of litigation at the American Immigration Council, for the AILA DC Chapter’s discussion on Litigation to Revitalize the Rule of Law in Immigration. The immigration law community has fought on the front lines against the Trump administration's harmful policies—and the Council has been there at every step. Now that we are looking toward a new administration, there is a lot of work to do and the Council stands ready to act. The Council has prepared for this moment and will continue our mission to build a fair, just, and welcoming immigration system. As this year comes to a close, let's take this chance to come together, talk about what we see on the horizon and the critical role that litigation will play, and support the American Immigration Council.
