John,

The Supreme Court just issued two MAJOR rulings for churches in two states. But now we need to make these victories NATIONWIDE.

We’ve been telling you how the radical Left continues to use COVID-19 to SHUT DOWN churches. Singing in church has literally been banned in California. Other Left-run states have completely closed churches.

But the Supreme Court just made clear: "[E]ven in a pandemic, the Constitution cannot be put away and forgotten. The restrictions at issue here, by effectively barring many from attending religious services, strike at the very heart of the First Amendment’s guarantee of religious liberty."

Now it’s our job to make this a nationwide victory for churches. We just filed a critical amicus brief in another related case at the Supreme Court out of Illinois. And we’re battling in our massive lawsuit against the church singing ban in California.

This fight is more important now than ever. But we face a major challenge. We’re going head-to-head against powerful state governments and their inexhaustible resources.

We can win. We can OVERTURN the ban on churches, but we urgently need your Tax-Deductible support. TODAY – as we fight at the Supreme Court – your Tax-Deductible gift will be DOUBLED through our December Matching Challenge. $5 becomes $10; $20 becomes $40.
