John, in just a few hours, WFP-endorsed Raphael Warnock will face off against his Republican and unelected opponent, Kelly Loeffler, in the first debate of the Georgia runoff election. It comes a day after Donald Trump stumped for her at another superspreader rally in Valdosta.
There's no question — Georgians cannot afford six more years of Kelly Loeffler. Since she was appointed to the seat by Georgia Governor Brian Kemp earlier this year, she's proven herself to be an ardent and unapologetic Trump lackey, spending much of her post-general election time sowing seeds of discord about the legitimacy of elections to please the president and his base.
Worse yet, she sold off stocks before a catastrophic market crash after confidential briefings into the threat of the pandemic, not even a month into the job — profiting off the pain of her constituents.
No matter what lies she tries to spin to distract from her record tonight our mission remains the same: Organizing like hell to get out the vote for Raphael Warnock so we can flip the Senate and make sure our agenda for transformative change is fully realized.
