True the Vote continues to receive thousands of reports and hundreds of videos through our Election Integrity Hotline. We have teams on the ground in Georgia and nationwide investigating concerning stories about election inconsistencies and potential vote fraud in the wake of the most recent elections and leading into the run-off elections.

We know that significant tangible evidence of voter fraud has potentially swayed the legitimate results of the election in key states. Here are some of the latest developments:

In Arizona, we uncovered evidence of significant vote harvesting across the state as our team pulled together affidavits, photos, documents, and videos.
In Nevada, we found that a vote harvesting scheme by a group called Radicalize the Vote is using federal money to buy ballots as first reported exclusively in The Federalist: "Inside Partisan GOTV In Indian Country."
Also in Nevada, we've reported evidence of serious national security issues inside the office of the Secretary of State - more details are reported in our letter to the DOJ and highlighted below.
The True the Vote team has been on the ground in Georgia gathering evidence of a vote harvesting scheme - this story is developing.
We're continuing to learn more about ties between the Chinese Community Party and key election officials in Georgia, Michigan, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania.
We've also uncovered significant "blueprints" for the engineered chaos of the 2020 elections.

True the Vote Sends Letter to Georgia Secretary of State on Emergency Rule Procedures for January Runoff Election, Abuse of Absentee Ballot Boxes, and Preservation of Voting Information

December 4, 2020 - This week, True the Vote sent a letter to the Georgia Secretary of State regarding the most recent meeting of the Georgia State Elections Board where "there was a discussion without a vote, that certain 'emergency rules' would be continued in the January 2021, U.S. Senate run-off election." True the Vote asserts that this meeting was "improperly noticed to the public" and requests that the Secretary of State "specify which 'emergency rules' the Board stated it would be continuing at the January 2021 election and the basis for the Board's decision, that these 'emergency rules' are necessary." True the Vote also asked to be informed of when the Board intends to take a legal vote on its decision.

True the Vote Requests Video Tapes from Cameras Near Ballot Boxes in Georgia

December 4, 2020 - True the Vote sent an open records request to the Georgia Secretary of State "for inspection and productions of all video recordings and live video tape from cameras associated with each ballot box" in Georgia for the entire period of the November 2020 General Election. The letter references the most recent meeting of the Georgia Elections Board where it was stated "these video tapes would be provided at no cost to those requesting through an open records request, as the... information is in the public interest and will significantly contribute to the public's understanding of the ballot security actions taken by the State of Georgia."

True the Vote Sends Letter to DOJ Reporting Serious National Security Matter and Breach Within Nevada Secretary of State’s Email System

December 3, 2020 - While accessing the Nevada voting records database, True the Vote reported that it found an email address from a Pakistani Company with ties to Pakistani intelligence copied on the email records. In a letter to the Department of Justice, True the Vote stated, "The fact that this company was cc’d on an email containing access to the Nevada voter registration database appears to be evidence of a breach within the Nevada Secretary of State’s email system. Obviously, the problems that such a breach may evidence include access to at least the voter registration information of Nevada residents. At worst it could reveal a breach that gives a foreign power access to not only the State of Nevada’s systems, but also to the email systems of anyone whom the State communicates with via email."
