Incredible -- after all this grassroots team did to help us bring home a victory for NJ-11 on Election Day, defend a critical blue seat, and protect the House Majority, I was blown away by the continued support we saw ahead of the end-of-month deadline. I'm so grateful to have you in this fight with me.

I have some exciting news to share with you: I was appointed as a member of the bipartisan committee tasked with finalizing this year's National Defense Authorization Act, which will support Picatinny Arsenal's mission, advance critical national defense research and development projects here in North Jersey, and ensure the safety of our service members. This year's legislation also has strong protections for our industrial base and help for manufacturers to improve our response to COVID-19.

As I get ready to enter my second term in Congress this January, I'm ready to hit the ground running. I'm ready to get to continue and build on the important work I started during my first term in the House, including:

Protecting and expanding access to health care and lowering the cost of prescription drugs
Advancing common sense gun-safety reforms to keep our communities safe
Funding infrastructure projects like the Gateway Tunnel
Providing tax relief for New Jersey families
Securing critical resources for New Jerseyans, frontline workers, and health care providers during the pandemic so we can safely get back to work

None of it would be possible without the strong and unwavering support of people like you.
