Seniors Resources in Central Florida |
Dear Neighbor,
Every senior deserves to have the resources needed to live safely and securely; to live with dignity.
Last week, we held a seniors tele-town hall with local experts to discuss resources and services available to seniors in Central Florida. Below, you can find important information regarding the topics discussed on that call. To receive invitations for future events like this one, make sure you are subscribed to our e-newsletters here.
As always, if you need assistance on any issue, please call my office at 321-388-9808.
Experts from Social Security, AARP, Seniors First, and Senior Resource Alliance joined us on our call.

Mental Health and Wellness
This year has been a lonely time for many of us. If you want to talk to someone, please call one of the following services:
AARP Friendly Voice
Trained AARP Friendly Voice volunteers around the country have come together to support those in need and will provide a call to say hello. We’ve created this service to help us all stay connected because just hearing a friendly voice on the other end of the line can help in challenging times. We may be apart, but we don’t have to be alone. Request a call by calling us directly at 888-281-0145.
