There are just three days left to help us reach our target of £53,000 in the Big Give Christmas Challenge. We're past the half way mark, but we need your help to get to the finish line.

With bad information damaging communities and putting lives at risk this year, can you help make sure our press, politicians and internet companies are held accountable in the next?

We fact checked false claims in parliament and bad reporting about the coronavirus that only added to the fear, confusion and distrust felt by many of us. 

The further bad information spreads, the more likely it is to be believed. We're raising £53,000 to help ensure the most harmful false claims are scrutinised and called out as we face Brexit and a way out of the pandemic. 

It's an ambitious target - and there only three days left to double your impact.

The Christmas Challenge is a match funding campaign. That means half our target has already been pledged and is currently being held in a "matching pot". Until December 8, anything you give to Full Fact on the Big Give website will be doubled by these funds, at no extra cost to you.

Good information next year could be the difference between someone taking the right precautions to protect themselves and their loved ones, or not.
