| Dear , In the next two weeks, three local races key to turning Texas Blue are on the ballot. It is no secret Texas lacks a serious farm team of Democrats holding office at the local level to encourage advancement in our party, especially in rural areas. My friends at Turn Texas Blue PAC are raising money to expand their digital ad campaign to help in three of these races: one in Terrell, Texas, located in the rapidly changing Kaufman County, and two in Dallas County — a city council runoff in Irving and a school board race in Dallas ISD.
