I hope you saw my team’s email from last night about our case going to the Supreme Court. 

Justice Kavanaugh gave Governor Beshear until 4p.m. today to respond with his legal arguments.

In Kentucky one can work out at the gym, attend a wedding, send his or her child to daycare or preschool, and college students can attend classes, but all of Kentucky’s schools are shuttered!

We cannot allow our first amendment rights to be trampled upon.

Daniel just got off the air with Fox News' Martha MacCallum where he spoke about taking our fight to keep schools open to the Supreme Court.

Attorney General Daniel Cameron is taking an unwavering stand for religious liberty here in Kentucky. He continues to challenge overreaching Big Government mandates that infringe upon our constitutional rights.

Daniel has now SUED Governor Andy Beshear, to allow private religious schools to remain open amid this state order keeping classrooms shut down.
This is about defending the First Amendment's free exercise of religion, plain and simple. We’ve seen an ongoing pattern this year of government trampling the rights of citizens.

Now, it’s time to take this case to the Supreme Court.
