John – I have an update for you on my recount against Maxine Waters.

We're just days away from being able to officially request a recount of
California's 43rd Congressional District.

Our team has been hard at work gathering evidence:
* We have proof that fake ballots were sent out.
* We have proof that people received multiple ballots.
* We have proof that the ballot machines skewed the election results. We
will be requesting an audit and a hand recount of all ballots in our race to
ensure the results are fair, accurate and free of illegalities –but we still
need to make sure the cost is fully funded before the process can begin.

committees may establish recount funds. Donations received in response to this
solicitation will be designated for Joe Collins for Congress's recount fund and
are subject to the limits and prohibitions of federal law. No donations to the
recount fund will be used for the purpose of influencing any Federal election.
An individual may make an additional donation up to $2,800 to this recount
fund, even if he or she has already made maximum permissible contributions to
Joe Collins for Congress for the election cycle. Couples using a joint checking
or credit card account may each donate up to $2,800 to the recount fund on a
single check or personal credit card totaling up to $5,600. Joint donations
require signatures of both spouses. Federal multi-candidate PACs can donate up
