I am too old

I am too old to Foster - myth

  1.  You need to be at least 21 to foster, and there is no upper age limit for foster carers.

  2. Being healthy, fit and active will enable you to enjoy the challenges of fostering

  3. Being a foster carer is not easy, but can make a huge difference to the lives of the children who need it

  4. The most important factor is that you have the time, commitment and motivation needed to care for children or young people, and you have the energy to keep up with them!
