My name is Taylor, and this is my first week working on the fundraising team with Team Joe. I wanted to share with you what's going on behind the scenes at Biden HQ.

Picture it: lots of folks intently listening to conference calls with our team in the field or sitting at their desks typing away (on emails like this!). Laughter breaks out in one of the meeting rooms across the hall and -- you'll love this -- all the meeting rooms are named after ice cream flavors.

But we've still got a lot of space to fill! And if we don't meet our fundraising goals, it might stay that way for a while.

So, I have a challenge for you. We need 10,000 supporters to make a contribution before our mid-month deadline on July 15th to stay on track to meet our July fundraising goal. Will you be one of our AMAZING supporters who steps up?

I'll be honest, July is one of the hardest months for fundraising. Folks are out having fun in the sun and not thinking about the months ahead. I love spending time at the beach, too!

But if we're going to get Joe Biden elected, we have to make the most of this time and hire staff to organize campaign events, talk to voters, and make sure we have a plan that leads us to victory.

And, in order to do all of that, we need to fill this office. If we don't have room in the budget to hire more staff, we could lose precious time we need to get our grassroots program off the ground.
