Daniel just got off the air with Martha McCallum where he spoke about taking our fight to keep schools open to the Supreme Court.

Attorney General Daniel Cameron is taking an unwavering stand for religious liberty here in Kentucky. He continues to challenge overreaching Big Government mandates that infringe upon our constitutional rights.

Daniel has now SUED Governor Andy Beshear, to allow private religious schools to remain open amid this state order keeping classrooms shut down.

This is about defending the First Amendment's free exercise of religion, plain and simple. We’ve seen an ongoing pattern this year of government trampling the rights of citizens.

Now, Daniel is once again coming under attack. That’s why we’re writing today.

He’s proud to stand with the more than 10 Christian-affiliated schools, 1,500 parents who joined in this litigation, and so many others across Kentucky who are FED UP with this latest unconstitutional mandate!

Daniel scored an initial victory at the federal district court, who said that it was appropriate to issue a statewide injunction. Then, a panel at the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals stayed it.

Now, it’s time to take this case to the Supreme Court.
