Under California’s job-killing law, AB5, Santa Claus is going from the North Pole to the unemployment line.

Patrick Turnbull has worked independently as Santa Claus for the past 20 years. Now he, like many other seasonal performers, won’t be working this Christmas season because of California’s crackdown on gig economy jobs through its disastrous law, AB5.
