Patriot, It’s been a lame duck like no other. In a normal post-election year, members of Congress are eager go a little wild. They feel they aren’t beholden to the voters anymore, so they’re anxious to spend more and pass bills that have major ramifications, figuring our attention isn’t on Congress in the midst of holidays. But 2020 has been anything but normal. Not only is the presidential election still being contested, but Congress is rushing to fund the government through next September by the December 11 deadline and pass another coronavirus bailout package before they leave for the year. Our contacts on Capitol Hill tell us Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) were looking to “quickly pass legislation” and have been in talks on a nearly $1 trillion package on top of the $1.4 trillion budget bill. The current coronavirus package being discussed is a “real bargain” compared to the $2 trillion pushed by Pelosi and Democrats, but it does include $16 billion for vaccine development and distribution and virus testing and tracing. This is perhaps the bill Campaign for Liberty has been warning Americans about since H.R. 6666 was introduced 6 months ago. Patriot, the attacks on our freedoms and liberties have only increased as members of BOTH parties continually push for forced vaccinations (which will likely have severe side effects) and Orwellian “contact tracing” schemes like H.R. 6666. As The Washington Times described this Mark of the Beast bill, “CDC, Dems go full-steam communist on contact tracing.” Under this scheme, a Stasi-style police force would be created with the power to enter your home to “conduct testing,” “contact tracing” and “related activities,” and for “other purposes” to separate those who test positive (or refuse to comply) from loved ones! You’ll be stripped of the freedom to live your life as you see fit – unless your new bureaucratic overlords give you “permission.” Time is of the essence, but I’m asking you to call your two U.S. Senators and your U.S. Representative today and tomorrow at 202-225-3121 and demand that contact tracing be stripped from any and all legislation. A vote is tentatively scheduled for early next week so you and I must act now.
