Senator Loeffler's Plan builds on President Trump's historic efforts to empower America's minority communities - and will legislatively enact many components of his Platinum Plan. "The plan will unlock greater access to capital, dedicate more resources to support families, and ensure safety and security within communities. By employing the free-market principles and individual empowerment that generated historic growth over the last four years, minority communities will have the tools they need to thrive for generations to come." The central legislative component of Senator Loeffler's Prosperity Plan, the Economic Empowerment for Underserved Communities Act, will generate new growth within minority communities by increasing new access to capital, encouraging long-term investment, and delivering targeted relief to minority-owned businesses. The legislation dedicates $7 billion for economic revitalization, promotes investment through new tax credits, and prioritizes federal assistance to minority-owned businesses.
