We’ve enjoyed watching Steve Carell play the bumbling head of Space Force on Netflix, but look -- the real-life creation of the actual boondoggle is just one example of Donald Trump’s utter disrespect for the U.S. military. He made a big show of rolling out a Star Trek-ripoff flag and sleek uniforms, all the while neglecting the service members who put their lives on the line for our country.
Now, as this lame duck watches his White House eviction approach, he’s once again using our military as a pawn in a foolhardy attempt to piece together his shattered legacy. Just last month, Trump’s acting Defense Secretary announced the last-minute withdrawal of thousands of troops from Afghanistan and Iraq to complete just five days before Trump leaves office -- destabilizing our efforts in those countries and leaving the personnel who remain at risk.
Look, we’ve just about had it with these games. Trump has proven he’s all image, no substance -- even when that means risking thousands of lives for no reason other than his own glorification. There are nearly two months left before this buffoon is kicked out of Washington for good, so tell us now:
