It’s been months since we last passed a COVID relief bill, and Americans are suffering. Cases are spiking, families are barely scraping by, and with winter coming, we’re on the brink of disaster.

As Co-Chair of the Problem Solvers Caucus, it’s my responsibility to fix this. That’s why I’m co-sponsoring the new bipartisan coronavirus relief package, and I’m thrilled that the House leadership has signed on.

This bill could bring hundreds of millions of dollars into NJ-5 alone — from unemployment insurance to Paycheck Protection Program funds to state and local aid, we’re looking at a game-changer.

But the Senate leadership is still on the fence about giving New Jersey families the relief they need. This is ridiculous.
