Dear John,

Don’t let the Trump Administration destroy the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge.

The Trump Administration is taking a devastating shot at the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge on the way out the door -- auctioning it off to the highest bidder for oil exploration and drilling. Take action to stop Trump from destroying the Arctic.

The Indigenous Gwich’in people of northern Alaska consider the Arctic Refuge “the sacred place where life begins.” They have relied on the porcupine caribou that occupies this landscape for thousands of years. This lease sale threatens their way of life.

We have less than 14 days to stop Trump’s attack on the Arctic -- so we need your help, John. Demand that the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) protect the Arctic from drilling!

Only two weeks left! Demand the BLM stop oil and gas drilling in the Arctic Refuge.

A 1.6-million-acre area of the Arctic Refuge known as the coastal plain is at risk. The thriving ecosystem, sacred landscape, and precious wildlife will all face grave harm for the sake of Big Oil profits.

On top of the impacts to Indigenous communities, this lease sale threatens wolves and polar bears.  These species are already facing habitat loss due to climate change – which is causing polar bears to drown and starve to death.  Oil drilling could push them one step closer to extinction.

Demand the Bureau of Land Management protect Arctic wildlife from Big Oil drilling!

The Arctic National Wildlife Refuge is the largest national wildlife refuge in our country. It is a national treasure. But Trump wants to throw all that away.

What’s more, the attacks on the Arctic Refuge violate the rights of the Indigenous people that call the Refuge home.

Together, we can make a difference. It is going to take people power to win this fight. Will you join us, John, and demand the BLM not sell off the iconic Arctic Refuge?

Protect the Arctic Refuge from Big Oil! 25,000 signatures still needed!
