John, it’s time to write the next chapter of politics after Trump.
John,
While much of our focus over the last four years was on defeating Trump and ending his dangerous administration – that was never the end goal.
Our vision has always been to build a diverse feminist movement and fight for a future that works for everyone – where everyone has enough to eat, clean water, access to health care, a good job, a bright future, and can trust that our government is looking out for them to help get there.
We’re relieved by the results of the election, and now we need to determine the priorities and demands to fight for when Biden takes office on January 20th to realize this vision.
But before we start finalizing a plan for 2021, we need to hear directly from you, John, about what priorities YOU want to fight for most.
There is a lot of work ahead of us if we want to pass policies that improve the lives of all women and working families. From passing a COVID-19 stimulus bill, to defunding the police and enacting the BREATHE Act — there are a lot of items on our checklist that we want to see on top of Biden’s first 100 days agenda.
Together, we can write the next chapter in American politics and make sure we come out of this moment of crisis stronger and more united than ever.
But in order to hold Biden accountable to his word and win the progressive changes we need in Congress — we need a roadmap for the short and long term.
Together,
Rachel Carmona
