Diversity in the workplace is good for business – so why is neurodiverse talent employed at a much lower rate than those of “typical” abilities? More importantly, how can businesses reach, recruit and retain this talent? Melwood helps hundreds of people with disabilities find work each year. Larysa will talk about the advantages of creating a neurodiverse workforce and how it’s easier and less expensive for companies to implement than you may think. The Chamber's monthly Small Business Roundtable offers an important educational opportunity to smaller businesses. The roundtable is free to members but space is limited and registration is requested. The topic of discussion changes monthly, allowing attendees to learn how to enhance their business and increase their success in a different way each month! Grand Sponsor Registration for current members of the Chamber is free. Prospective members may register for $20. All registrants will receive the Zoom meeting link in the confirmation email upon registration. If you have any questions concerning the event or registration, please contact Operations Manager Olivia McKay at [email protected].
