We can’t let the Department of Defense get away with moving billions of dollars
in funding without the necessary approval from Congress.

This month we learned that the Department of Defense is planning to divert
nearly $4 billion dollars away from essential military projects to fund the
President’s “border wall.”

Now we’re learning how this decision directly impacts Arizonans.

With this new decision, necessary improvements to Fort Huachuca will be
deferred in a bid to sidestep Congress and waste your taxpayer money. It’s time
to speak up.

Add your name to my petition today calling on the Department of Defense to
reverse their decision and give back the money our military was promised!

Without the full funding that Fort Huachuca was promised, military vehicles
and electrical equipment vital to our national security is destined to sit out
in the scorching Arizona sun.

But it goes beyond Arizona. Across the country, the lack of promised funding
will stop construction projects meant to improve military schools, increase
housing and expand childcare. All of this will be cut to fund an inefficient
display of ego.

We can’t let the Department of Defense get away with moving billions of
dollars in funding without the necessary approval from Congress.Sign this
petition to tell the DoD that it’s time to give back the money our military
bases were promised.
