John -- I was just sworn in.

I am so deeply honored that Arizonans have trusted me to be their next United States Senator. It took a big team to get us here, and it's going to take teamwork to solve the issues that lie ahead.

Right now, we need a Congress that works to solve the issues everyday folks are facing, and we need to use science, data and facts to craft policies that will improve people's lives -- that's what I plan on doing.

While the election may be over, we're still facing a major public health and economic crisis, and they're only being worsened by deep division in our country.

It's clear that we need to get right to work.

I look forward to keeping all of you up to date on our latest efforts and I hope you will stick with me as we embark on this next phase of our mission.
