Our Children’s Trust is looking forward to a very promising year in 2021. Our cases are poised for significant results in the months ahead, and with the transition to a Biden administration, we see an opportunity in Juliana v. U.S. for the Biden administration to secure its legacy as the administration who led the world to science-based climate mitigation policy.
