National Legal Advocacy Network

Answer questions from service workers - such as restaurant workers, gig workers & others who rely on tips - about unemployment insurance, paid leave, health and safety, discrimination, and more. Virtual opportunity.

Rise Up, Inc

Work with volunteers to do legal research and draft legislation regarding the rights of campus sexual assault survivors, voting rights and ending the probation trap, or the rights for survivors of the troubled teen industry.

Represent a Detained Immigrant Seeking Release ([link removed])

Al Otro Lado

Work with detained immigrants to help them write legal briefs, gather evidence, and prepare for hearings to request a release from custody.

Ellis County Homeless Coalition Corp

An organization working to expand access to affordable housing needs assistance in establishing liability protection for their agency and board and other legal advice. Must be licensed in Texas.

Alliance for Safe Traffic Stops

Draft legislation that allows official prison visitors the right to visit with inmates in all prisons in VA. Law would be modeled after preexisting PA law. Must be licensed in VA.
