He's Michael Flynn. He used to be Trump's national security advisor -- then he lost his job after he got caught lying about his contacts with Russia.

As the New York Times reports, Flynn "has since become a hero figure on the pro-Trump right, portrayed as a decorated patriot victimized by the politically motivated Russia 'hoax' investigation of Mr. Trump."

Even though Flynn himself has twice pleaded guilty to lying to the FBI, Donald Trump insists his former advisor is innocent -- and now Trump has issued Flynn an official pardon. According to Axios News, the Flynn pardon is "part of a series of [planned] pardons ... between now and when he leaves office."

Flynn belongs in jail, not on a beach somewhere. It's the same with all the crooks who broke the law under Trump and are now waiting on a presidential get out of jail free card. That's why we're mobilizing the American people to send a message to our representatives, including our next president: We think Trump's allies should have to answer for their crimes. Now.
