We will always find a way to connect with others.

A couple of days ago, I was chatting online with a good friend and
mentioned that I couldn't find a topic that I really wanted to write
about. Politics, lockdowns, the virus, the vaccine...those are all
topics I either feel have been covered sufficiently or that seem like
tilting at windmills.

She asked me, "What are you feeling optimistic about?"

And I said, "Humans. There really are a lot of good humans finding their
way through this situation."

That's how I came to write about today's topic. It's a little different
from the usual doom and gloom and it helped me to write it. Maybe if
some of you aren't feeling too hopeful right now, it will help you to
read it.

I firmly believe we will always find a way to connect with others, no
matter how many holidays get "canceled," how stringent the lockdowns, or
how dystopian the world may seem.
