The challenges we’ve faced this year have helped to remind us that we are
all connected. That we are an incredibly powerful force for each other.
And that building a better future means building a future where everyone
can thrive.

Here are just a few examples of the ways in which Mercy Corps donors are
helping to bring relief and stability to vulnerable communities all around
the world:

In Northwest Syria, where so many displaced families were
[ ASDF ]ASDF already facing hunger before the pandemic, our teams are
providing rapid assistance, including clean water, food,
hygiene kits and cash disbursements.

 

At inclusive schools in Jordan, children with disabilities
receive a wide range of support from our trained educational [ ASDF ]ASDF
assistants. Without this school, Summayya would be denied the
opportunity of education because of her Down syndrome.

 

The vibrant tourism sector in the Bahamas, already struggling
to recover from Hurricane Dorian, has been hit hard by
[ ASDF ]ASDF COVID-19. Since the start of the pandemic, we’ve provided
hundreds of small businesses with cash grants and resources for
economic recovery.
