Friend,

When you give the gift of wilderness, we all benefit -- and that's exactly the kind of generous spirit Environment Colorado was lucky to witness this Giving Tuesday.

Yesterday, supporters like you stepped up to protect the world's wildest places from destruction. With your support, we're going to court to save the majestic Tongass National Forest. We've also sent thousands of messages that tell Procter & Gamble to stop using resources from the Canadian boreal forest to make its products.

We couldn't have done it without you. On behalf of Environment Colorado -- and our planet -- thank you for your support.

Some places are just too special to lose. As a community, Environment Colorado holds a common value that the world's wildest places, like the Tongass or boreal, are too precious to turn into doorjambs or toilet paper.

In addition to saving these special forests, Environment Colorado is working on protecting oceans from plastic pollution. This month, thousands of supporters have signed our petition that asks Whole Foods to ditch single-use plastic packaging, which is a vital step toward our goal.

Because of you, we have the resources to continue our work to keep the wilderness wild, keep our oceans free from plastic and much more. We sincerely appreciate your support.

Thank you,

Hannah Collazo
State Director
