Dear Friend,
Thank you so much for your support today! Together, we were able to raise $87,000. We are only $13,000 away from reaching our #GivingTuesday goal!
As the Young Center’s Development Director, I have the privilege of working with donors around the country. I am inspired by your compassion and your commitment to protecting immigrant children. I want to share a message from Quinn, 9, who has been supporting our work through selling braided bracelets and donating all proceeds to the Young Center:
"I started making bracelets to support the Young Center because I think the immigrant children who are coming here are no different than me. My mom came here from Vietnam hoping to be safe. Immigrant children deserve the same love, protection, and respect as everyone else and I am happy the Young Center is there to help them. No child should be left alone."
So far, Quinn has raised $404 to support our work. Join her in standing with immigrant children and make a donation to our #GivingTuesday campaign tonight. ([link removed]) We are so close to reaching our goal and every dollar helps.
With gratitude,
AJ Albinak
Development Director

The Young Center works with the most vulnerable unaccompanied and separated immigrant children in federal custody so their voices are heard and their best interests are protected. We also advocate for an immigration system that treats children as children. To learn more about work, visit ** theyoungcenter.org ([link removed])
