| As we enter the final hours of Giving Tuesday, we are 81% of the way to our $40,000 goal. I know we can achieve this goal together! When I joined Rise Against Hunger as CEO in early March, I could not have fathomed the year our organization would face in 2020. This year has been one of enormous challenges, but each and every day, I am struck by one thing: resilience. Our staff, volunteers and donors like you have been incredibly resilient in the face of these challenges, continuing to show how much you believe in our mission to end hunger against all odds. 2 million people we serve around the globe have also risen above obstacles created by COVID-19 to continue to feed their families and strengthen their communities, and we’ve worked alongside them to build resilience to crises like the one we face today. |
