John, our work makes a real difference in people’s lives across the country — working directly on the front lines in communities, in the halls of Congress and state houses, and in the courts. Right now:
Our legal team is working on more than 20 active lawsuits against the EPA, USDA, FERC (Federal Energy Regulatory Commission), and other agencies, as well as against polluters like JBS and Tyson.
Our organizers are engaged in more than 50 state and local campaigns to stop fossil fuel extraction and infrastructure including pipelines, fracked gas power plants, refineries, and export terminals.
Your donation makes this work possible, and when we work together, we can do anything. We can get our country back on track and make the climate a priority. The first 100 days of Biden’s presidency will be essential, but I know that together we can — and will — push the Biden administration to take bold action on climate and make the changes needed to protect our communities and planet.
