Please join the NH Young Dems, 603 Forward, and Run for Something to kick off the holiday season by learning how to run for office in 2021. Town elections are just around the corner in March, and our organizations are here to support you from the moment you decide that you're ready to file! We will have a panel of young local electeds to share their experiences and stories, tell you about the work they do for their constituents, and answer your questions.

This event is open to all - whether you're considering running for office, have already decided on your candidacy, or just want to listen and learn. We look forward to seeing you then!

Union Leader | Young Democrats seek quicker action to help homeless (11/26/2020)

Thank you to the seventy-eight elected officials, including state legislators and municipal leaders, who signed on to this rapid response letter to the Governor regarding the homelessness crisis in NH and the houseless evictions in Manchester last week. 

We are proud to work with the Young Democrats who helped make this rapid response letter a reality, and for each and every official who signed on acknowledging that housing is a human right.

This is an ongoing and complex crisis. We need action from Gov. Sununu. Thank you to Amanda Elizabeth Toll for NH State Representative Nicole Klein Knight and Maria Perez for speaking attention to this during our press conference to publish this letter and comment on Wednesday, November 25th. 

WMUR | NH Primary Source: 33 members of NH Young Democrats elected to Legislature (11/19/2020)

While NH Democrats overall had a tough election, losing the State House majority, Young Dems held our own by protecting all 23 incumbent state representatives, electing 8 new House members, 2 state senators, and 2 county officials, including the historic election of Mark Brave as New Hampshire's first black county sheriff.
