Right now, we're at a pivotal moment for this country.

But the fact is that no matter who’s in office, the National Women’s Law Center is not going to let up in the fight for gender justice—and there is still so much to be done.  

After four long and painful years fighting a non-stop flood of attacks on the rights of women, Black, brown, and indigenous communities, and LGBTQ individuals, we can finally shift our focus away from stopping the worst and turn toward something much more powerful—building the future we want to see.

So today, on Giving Tuesday, I hope you’ll join me in supporting the National Women’s Law Center—an incredible organization fighting on the front lines for gender justice and the rights of women and girls. Your donation today will help the Law Center start rolling back the damage done by the Trump administration by:

• Centering the needs of women, especially women of color, in COVID relief efforts. As of September, close to one in nine Black women and Latinas were out of work, and millions more women—disproportionately Black women and Latinas—are risking their lives every day to go to jobs that leave them underpaid and inadequately protected from COVID-19. >>
• Addressing threats to the right to abortion and working to expand abortion access. We know Roe is under threat, but abortion opponents have spent years passing new abortion restrictions at the state level and stacking the lower courts with anti-abortion judges—so the National Women’s Law Center is working across the country to protect and expand abortion access. >>
• Protecting and expanding access to health care—including birth control—fighting sexual harassment and abuse, ensuring girls of color have access to a safe, equitable education, and so much more to defend the rights of women, LGBTQ people, survivors, and working people wherever they are under attack. >>
