Hello,

A poll by Navigator Research found that 57% of Americans believe Donald Trump has committed a crime in office.

Trump’s days of presidential immunity are now limited, and with Joe Biden in the White House, prosecutors will soon have free rein to indict Trump for the crimes identified in the House impeachment and investigate his potential tax fraud. Oh, and Trump no longer has the Department of Justice to defend him against dozens of sexual assault accusations.

But Trump still has one trick up his sleeve: He could give himself a full presidential pardon.

Republicans have already used their executive powers to shield their own from federal law -- Gerald Ford pardoned Richard Nixon in 1974, and George H.W. Bush pardoned six Reagan officials in 1992 -- and Trump has already claimed that Article II “allows me to do whatever I want.”

If Trump self-pardons, he can never be held accountable for his crimes against our democracy. But some Americans believe it is within Trump’s rights as president to evade the law and return to the golf courses. Today, we NEED to know if you’re one of them. Please, tell us where you stand:

Should Donald Trump pardon himself?

YES   NO
