The Daily Mail reports that "President-elect Joe Biden's legal advisor blasted the 'appalling' move by President Trump to seek to overturn the results of the election in Michigan and battleground states where he lost," with Biden advisor Bob Bauer declaring Trump's efforts "an abuse of office" and "an open attempt to intimidate election officials. It's absolutely appalling."

It is appalling -- but unfortunately, not surprising. Donald Trump warned us all that he would try to invalidate our ballots in court, so we shouldn't be surprised that's now exactly what he and his team are doing.

The good news is that we have the chance to stop Trump's legal campaign in its tracks. POLITICO reports that "small-dollar contributors could play a critical role in funding legal efforts" to push back against Trump, especially in light of how much impact grassroots donors have already had this election cycle.
