Hi! I'm here to share some wonderful Giving Tuesday news: Since Julia emailed you and the rest of the NRDC community this morning, we've reached our 5,000 donor goal — unlocking a special $200,000 gift!
But that's not all. The donor reached out again and offered to donate an additional $50,000 for the environment — IF we can rally 500 more people to pitch in before midnight.
With Trump escalating his attacks on the environment during his final few weeks in office — including an attempt to sell off the irreplaceable Arctic Refuge — there's too much at stake to let this opportunity slip by.

Ever since the election I've had the weirdest feeling. It's called HOPE! I think I like it!
Joe Biden and Kamala Harris ran on the strongest climate plan of any candidates in history — and THEY WON. I hope that gives YOU hope, too, because we have no time to waste in the fight against climate change.
For our planet, for our future, and especially for the Black, Indigenous, and communities of color who are disproportionately affected by the climate crisis, we need to turn hope into action — fast. The climate plan has to become policy.
