It’s been an unusual year, to say the least—a year filled with unprecedented challenges, unexpected changes, and long overdue wake-up calls. As we approach the end of 2020, I hope you, your family, and your colleagues are doing well, staying safe, and feeling inspired for a new beginning.

For me, it’s also been a year that reaffirmed the power and generosity of young people everywhere. They don’t shy away from a challenge—instead, they jump in feet first, ready to give their time, energy, ideas, and actions to find solutions and make change happen. Indeed, many of IYF’s Youth Action Net fellows—social entrepreneurs, leaders, and changemakers from across the globe—have risen to the challenges of 2020 in amazing ways to meet the immediate and long-term needs of their communities and the world.

To support them, we started the Global Youth Resiliency Fund to direct much-needed resources quickly into the hands of youth-led ventures working year-round on critical issues and currently doing vital work in response to the pandemic.

On this Giving Tuesday, I’d like to ask two things of you. First, give IYF two minutes of your time to read more about the fund and the youth-led organizations it is designed to support. Second, if you are planning to donate as part of Giving Tuesday, consider giving to this fund.

GIVE

Every single contribution honors the generous spirit of young people, supports critical grassroots work, and magnifies impact.

Thank you, and may you have a happy, safe, and inspiring New Year!
