School shootings have become so common that students and teachers son't say "IF" it happens, they say "WHEN" it happens. That's wrong.
You know what else is wrong? Schools scheduling regular active shooter drills. Installing barriers as school entrances. Metal detectors through which students and faculty have to pass. What’s next, bulletproof vests on our back-to-school supply lists?

Our kids shouldn’t have to go to school fearing gun violence. Watch our new video, “Morning Routine,” about this new reality.

This shouldn’t be the morning routine for children across America. We should be working to prevent gun violence, not prepare for it.
