Our nation has been blessed by God with the rare gift of liberty. While it is the inherent responsibility of every American to be educated, informed, and vigilant in defense of freedom, it’s simply not possible for everyone to constantly be on the defensive. Rather, it’s necessary for most people to focus on providing for and raising families.
That’s where we come in. Our job is to provide an ever-watchful eye on your freedoms, to alert you to threats against your liberty, and to provide full-time education, training, and advocacy for your values.
This #GivingTuesday, we ask you to consider us as you make your generous, charitable contributions. We constantly strive to be worthy of your support. Please help us promote your liberty- and family-focused values by making a donation to the Madison Liberty Institute.
"I have been at Madison Liberty Institute for over a month and have loved every minute spent there. The first day that I came and looked around, I was greeted with so much love and kindness! I am a freshman and at the time was looking for new friends. Joining Madison Liberty Institute has helped me to not only find friends, but to also learn about topics regarding politics, religion, and college life in general! My current internship at Madison Liberty Institute is teaching me so many things that pertain to the real world. Every day I am learning something new from them and in return, I practice using their guidance to improve myself."
– Lakin Stapley, Student Intern
"Madison Liberty Institute has been a real blessing to work with on policy issues over the past two years. Their team is principled, hardworking, and very focused. I am also encouraged by the great work they are doing with young adults on the campus of BYU Idaho."
– Christian Welp, spokesman for the Roman Catholic Diocese of Boise
"I have always been interested in the founding of the United States of America. It is obvious that God's hand played a part in the way that this nation was formed. This summer I read everything I could from The Federalist Papers, to the minutes on the constitutional convention, to modern commentaries on our government. While I was engrossed in these readings I came into contact with The Madison Liberty Organization. Finding an organization that promotes the values of the liberty movement gave me direction. Instead of simply having knowledge and foundational values, I now have a way of effecting change among my peers, in my community, in my state, and throughout the nation. My learning is being applied and not stored. While interning for the Madison Liberty Institute I hope to spread my love of The United States of America while simultaneously finding ways to make where we live an even better place."
“It does not take a majority to prevail… but rather an irate, tireless minority, keen on setting brushfires of freedom in the minds of men.”
– Samuel Adams
