Food & Water Watch has never backed down from the toughest fights when it comes to protecting our communities and the planet.
With your help, we’ve stopped corporate polluters from endangering our food, water and climate, blocked more than a dozen fossil fuel infrastructure projects around the country — in places like New York, Virginia, Maryland, California and Rhode Island — and helped keep the water turned on for millions of people across the country during the pandemic.
And right now, with a new incoming administration, we have the opportunity to make climate a priority and have our elected officials take bold, immediate action against the fossil fuel industry to avoid the worst of climate chaos — but we can’t do it without your help.
At a time when climate instability threatens our nation and planet, we simply can’t — and we won’t — let Big Ag and Big Oil & Gas continue to endanger our communities. The first 100 days of the Biden administration will be a crucial time to advance a bold agenda. That’s why we’re demanding President-elect Biden immediately take action on things like banning fracking on public lands, halting water shutoffs during the pandemic, and reversing Trump-era environmental and public health rollbacks.
This work starts now. And we know that with supporters and members like you by our side, we will continue to do everything in our power to protect our communities and the planet — no matter the obstacles!
