Environmental Champion,

The election results across Washington this year were important and positive for the environment.

In statewide and legislative elections around Washington, we made sure that the environment was on voter’s minds.

Because of you, elected leaders know they have a mandate to protect our communities from environmental challenges like the climate crisis.

Now we need to make sure that they follow through with every vote they cast and action they take during legislative session.

2021 is going to be a critical year for the environment.

We have to rebuild our economy in an equitable way as we recover from the pandemic. We have to move quickly to reduce climate pollution and protect the communities already feeling the effects of the climate crisis. And we have to put in a place a state budget that reflects our values and invests in a healthier future for Washington.
