Carlos Giminez, South Florida’s House of Representatives member, believes the riots across the country this year were a result of poor leadership stating “mayors failed to stop rioters and violence this year.”

Two of Harris' tweets have been perceived as an apparent contradiction in messaging.		Biden has tapped mainstream Democrats to lead his foreign policy and national security team.
