WILL Files Motion for Contempt after Racine Ignores Wisconsin Supreme Court Order The Wisconsin Supreme Court granted an original action and issued an injunction last week against Racine's school closure order. But Racine officials have insisted that schools must remain closed for in-person learning. This resulted in a motion for contempt filed Monday morning to get Racine to comply with the Court's order.
