state, which is why Biden's upset victory this year shocked the
nation. Here at the Majority Rules, though, we were not
surprised. Georgia is not red because of the political
affiliations of its voters, or even because of widespread voter
apathy -- Georgia is red because of its history of voter
suppression and disenfranchisement.
